Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Standard delivery by post. Delivery takes 5 - 7 business days.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good is broken;

  • Good does not match description; or

  • Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.

  • Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Refunds for Services

Refund Policy for Hairdressing Services:We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our hairdressing services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy:

​1. Refunds Eligibility: Customer must notify within 7 days and allow Edna Violet Hair and Beauty to correct the issue. Refunds are eligible within 7 days of corrective service date.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund: Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

• Unsatisfactory service quality.

• Errors in service that are directly attributable to our staff.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us within the stipulated time frame with your receipt and a detailed explanation of the issue. We may request additional information or photos to assess the situation.

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a credit towards future services, based on your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain products or services, such as hair care products purchased for home use, are non-refundable.

6. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the request is deemed to be fraudulent or if the service issue is determined to be beyond our control and the customer has applied product that may contribute to the issue.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, but refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.

8. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or directly through email.

Edna Violet Hair and Beauty is not liable for any refund for freelance, rent a chair hairdressers that work within the salon.
